How is coaching different from therapy?

While therapy often focuses on healing past traumas, coaching is future-oriented, helping clients set and achieve goals.

How are coaches matched for clients?

The Coach is matched based on expertise, client needs, and compatibility. As we grow our client base and customer volume our coach portfolio will grow too.

What does a typical coaching session involve?

Sessions can involve goal setting, action planning, and personalized strategies for overcoming challenges. Initially, the coach and client will spend time building the coach-client relationship (designing the alliance) to set expectations and boundaries for the future collaboration.

How long does a coaching program last for?

Program durations vary based on individual needs. We offer flexible options to accommodate diverse goals.

How much does coaching cost?

Our pricing varies based on the type and duration of coaching. Contact us for detailed information. Prices typically range from 200 to 400 CHF per session depending on the nature of the coaching. Packages are also available and the first introductory meetings is free.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, client confidentiality is a top priority. All coach-client relationships and their content are strictly confidential. This is discussed and agreed at the initial coaching discovery session.

How can I book a session?

Are group coaching sessions possible?

Yes, we can offer group coaching sessions for those who prefer a collaborative approach depending on the topic and is subject to minimum participant numbers.

This can also be done in the work setting for team building exercises or facilitation.
